After mixing with water the dough settle below and water aboveNot like a homogeneous mix

Good quality product but very poor packaging
Bought it a second time because the product was good. But the second time the package was slit in the centre and the flour had spilled out into the external packaging. Considering the cost it was a loss for me as it is a non returnable item.
