Hi-Lift Jack Running Gear Jack Cover RGJC

I got this to cover the guts of my HiLift jack. After spraying the mechanical parts with light aerosol grease, the cover keeps it clean from road debris, and protects the workings from rain, snow, etc. I blast it out with the hose occasionally when washing the jeep and spray some light grease back onto the movable parts, and zipper to keep it all working. It hasn't shown any signs of wear, or degrading at all. Well worth the money

The product appears to be of good quality. The logo is NOT on both sides of the boot. I chose to hang my jack on the driver’s side with a cowl mounting bracket thus the logo is not visible. I am perfectly fine with that. I have the 80th Anniversary 2021 Gladiator with Eco Diesel, 4.5” Teraflex lift with 37” tires and re-geared to 4:56. It’s a torquey sun of a gun and I still average 21 MPG. 🏴‍☠️

This cover is perfect for keeping my High Lift UTV jacks moving parks lubed, dry, and clean. Everything is high-quality material, drain hole, heavy-duty zipper!On my high lift jack i raise the handle/climbing pins/nose up 3-4 holes depending on what side your looking at from the foot because of the way I have decided to mount my lift to my UTV with the roll cage mounting brackets..I tried to show a picture of the cover on zipped up and open unzipped to give you an idea of how far up and down the jack that it covers.This will cover approximately 6 holes above the nose/climbing pins/lifting mechanism. (see pics) If your mounting with any of those holes, this may not be the cover for you.

I originally purchased one of the Neoprene covers for my jack and it looked great for a while. Even after using UV Block on it, it eventually deteriorated and looked pretty bad. I saw this unit and decided to give it a try. When I opened the Box, I was surprised at actually how nice it looked as the pics don't really do it justice. Easy to install, though I had to reverse the position of my jack on my hood, it was easy and really looked nice after the install.

Its not going to keep out dirt, debris, or water. I guess it protects it when it gets thrown around but just not sure I see the use for this. If it covered the whole jack, sure makes sense, but this purchase doesn't quite justify the cost. My .02 for what it cost you

The material is still in good shape after a year. It has worked well to protect my jack's running gear. Water drains out the grommet in the pointy end. The zipper has held up and works perfectly.
