Favorite glaze

I used this over underglaze painted bisqueware. I'd bought the bisqueware from Mayco and then painted it using Pasler underglazes (bought off Amazon). And this clear glaze (I did 3 coats) made the colors pop beautifully! I know it says Cone-05 but I fired it to Cone-5 to keep things food safe. And the glaze held up really well - no running, no crazing, pinging etc. Love it! It goes on pink - which is super helpful if you are trying to remember where you applied glaze and where you didn't.

Amaco glazes are known for quality, and this glaze is no exception. It brushes on smoothly and evenly.....fires beautifully clear.
