It fits my 11 ft umbrella and around my patio furniture comfortably.
The media could not be loaded. I was waiting for another umbrella mosquito net but it never came, so I cancelled and ordered this one. It came 2 days earlier than predicted (major plus!)So, here in southern California, the mosquito problem has gotten out of control. As a result, the beautiful patio furniture my family and I purchased a couple years ago has barely been used. Now that covid has hit and most of my time has been at home, I stare at the patio set from the inside of the house and just imagine that I'm out there enjoying the cool evening air. Aside from early morning before any living creature is awake, we can't use it for fear of the mosquitoes.I read reviews for other nets and a few people suggested pinning the edges securely with clothes pins so I went ahead and ordered those too (you can see them in the pictures I've uploaded). I also read that this is easier to put up with 2 people but not impossible for 1. I did it by myself and i would say it took my like 30 mins? It would've been faster but after deciding that I wanted to put it on the opposite way that I did, I took it down and re-did it.To install it, I took the net out of the package, flipped the right side out, and pulled the draw strings tight on both sides to shrink up the opening that goes around the edge of the umbrella. I then pulled the net up and around the whole edge of the umbrella and would:1) crank open the umbrella a little bit2) loosen up the drawstring a little bit so I have more space to crank open the umbrella ahain3) repeat 1 and 2 until umbrella is fully extended.** important note **There are 2 zippers. One of the zippers zips "from up to down" and the other one goes "from down to up". For those of you who have a tilt umbrella that extends out by an arm, the zippers are important. I placed the side with the zipper that zips "from the bottom up to the top" right below the arm that extends out of the main pole. I then unzipped it a little. This zipper side is where you can pull the drawstring rope out of the little cinching stopper. After pulling out the rope, separate the 2 rope pieces and tie the rope up and around the arm, which will bring the drawstring part of the net above the edge of the umbrella. Then I pulled the 2 rope/strings through the cincher/stopper again and pulled to bring the net flush around the arm and then zipped the zipper back up. Then with the remaining rope/string, I just wrapped it around the arm and pinned with a clothes pin to keep it out of the way. All this while the umbrella is almost completely closed.Once fully extended and I liked where the net was sitting ( I also evened out the scrunchy parts on thd draw string area) I went around the perimeter and pinned the edges down with clothes pins (it helps to distribute the weight of the net pulling on the drawstring, and keeps the net securely in place). I also pinned the area around the zipper closed next to the arm and pole of the umbrella so that I didnt have any loose ends around the edges. The net comes with a weighted bottom so theres no need to fill with water to keep the net down. It also is big and wide enough to fit around my 11ft umbrella and the patio furniture (2 arm chairs, 2 ottomans, 1 loveseat, and a small rectangular dining table) with room for us to walk around to get seated. The net is thin but sturdy enough to not rip from just hanging around. You do have to be careful when zipping it open and closed because the net can get stuck in the zipper if you open or close it too quickly. It's happened once so far and I was able to get it unstuck and with no damage done.I love having this net and finally being able to enjoy the backyard and, if you've been able to read through this whole review and make sense of my jumbled and wordy instructions, you will too.

Awesome Product
My mom and I sit outside a lot! We were getting eaten up by the bugs. It is annoying and makes being outside unenjoyable. Last summer, I mentioned seeing a net around someone else's patio table. My mom got very excited so I got busy searching on Amazon. I came across this one which was a very reasonable price, had good reviews, and had the weights in the bottom with small sandbags. I ordered it, set it up, and sat in it. The bugs cannot get in unless you have the doorway unzipped. Sitting outside is much more enjoyable now! This net provides the protection from bugs that we have been looking for!!! My only complaints: it has the potential to rip easier than I would have predicted, the weights in the bottom are not very heavy so using the sandbags is a must, and quite a bit of leaves and sticks get stuck between the umbrella and the net. Other than those three things, this is an awesome product that we use every day. (Only gave 4 stars overall and 3 stars on stability due to the net being easier to tear or rip than I had hoped).

Necessary in the South
We recently moved to the south from the Pacific Northwest where we don't really deal much with mosquitos. We were bummed when we realized we would not really be able to enjoy our beautiful back deck and yard most of the summer with these little pests consuming us constantly! I ordered this assuming I would need to send it back because it didn't seem like, for the price, it would be that great. It has saved summer! It was super easy to assemble and is adjustable to several different sizes of umbrellas. The bottom is weighted enough that it hangs well and stays in place even with wind. From the outside of it, it appears that it will be dark and difficult to see out once inside, but once inside, it is lightly tinted and keeps the bugs out 100%! We are able to sit and eat dinner and have drinks on the patio anytime we want!

a great product and it’s very well-made and it’s long enough. You’ll be happy if you choose it.
This is a great item. I’m very glad that I got it. It works perfect. And very well-made.

Difficult to get up
The product is sturdy and the very best defense against mosquitoes and flies. I was able to enjoy my deck after sunset without getting eaten alive by mosquitoes. I could see them feverishly trying to get past the net.My only drawback is the time and energy it took to get the net on the umbrella. It was not easy and very time consuming. Once on, I was able to enjoy it. Because my deck is on the second level we do not leave the umbrella up overnight for fear it my blow away during an unexpected storm. Having to reattach the net each day is a hassle. Again, it is a great product if you plan to keep the umbrella up permanently.

Tears and defects already right out of the box!
The media could not be loaded. I really wanted to love this. But unfortunately right out of the box it has defects and small tears. I really don't see the netting holding up to even normal use unfortunately. It fits on my large unbrella, but the two zippers have to be in the front and back to work with the lifting & tilting pole of the unbrella I have. So the zippers in their current place are inconvenient to use with my furniture set up. So I have to left the netting up to get in and out of it. In full open position of the unbrella the netting bottom doesn't touch the ground and the weights in the bottom ( small beads of some sort) don't weigh it down much at all. With a good wind this will never hold up; it will easily blow all over; it is just not weighted enough. It's a great idea and better than the water weighed ones, but they need to be much heavier beads. For the high price I pay and its condition out of the box, I will be unfortunately returning this item. It maybe worth $20. Maybe I think that's being to generous! I can't honesty recommend this to anyone to buy. If you have kids, husband's, animals, wind, etc. it will be destroyed by normal use within a few days I am sure by its low quality.
