iCraig 2.1 Channel Tower Speaker System w/Remote, Sub-Woofer & Docking for iPhone/iPod 3.5mm Aux In (CHT907)

I love this tower. I keep it in my bedroom because the upstairs is the only place I didn't have an amp or speakers to play my music. It gets really loud for its size and plays clear. The only issue I had was after buying through Amazin (from another company I can't remember the name) I found the exact same tower at CVS for half the price! Unfortunately they would not price match or offer any type of discount and wanted to charge a $50 restocking fee if I returned. In the end I just kept it.

I tried my iPod Touch 4, it charges but won't play audio. I tried an older iPhone 3, same thing, charging but no audio. I tried my Android phone using the 3.5 mm plug, you can barely hear the audio and, it's very distorted. I used an older version of this tower at a friend's house and loved it. Been wanting one ever since. I am very disappointed. It simply did not work with any of my devices. Had to return it.

Great sound and bass quality.

I have used this 2 times total. I plugged my phone into the aux cord and it shut up within 10 seconds. My boyfriend tried his phone on the docking system, same thing happened to him. I've tried different things, getting a new aux cord and trying it that way. Same thing happens. This speaker is useless to me now and since I have used it after its return policy, of 30 days, I can't even return it.

The original wood construction iCraig tower with subwoofer,mids&tweets sounded great!! The new "plastic" Tower with FM, but "no subwoofer or tweeters" doesn't have quite the same sound quality, the volume or bass. As far as quality, all of my iCraig towers are still working fine. I bought 3 of the earlier wood versions as well as one of the new plastic ones. The older towers had a video output as well as RCA audio outs, so you could play your iPhone videos/movies thru your flat screen if you wanted. That was way cool. Any of these towers makes a REALLY convenent place to charge your iPhone. I use my iCraig DAILY..nightly too. Darn things even have a remote. The old or the new towers are definately lots of band for the buck. (I bought my daughter and son these towers too)

My product was defective after only about 7 months of purchasing this low quality speaker. I have emailed this company on more than two separate occasions and still have failed to heard back from them. I now have a blown speaker and no money left in my pocket. The emails will never stop until I get my refund.
