Highly recommend!
Bought this mainly to keep track of my 8 year old son this summer. Unit is a bit bigger than it looked in the pictures, but putting it in a case around his neck or attached to his bike hasn't been an issue.Unit itself is very well built, with good instructions, and easier than I expected to set up. Both the mobile app and desktop portal are very easy to use and navigate settings.Subscribing for the monthly cellular service was quick and easy, and the unit was activated and online within minutes!! (They said it could take 24 hours...)How well does it work? AWESOME!Very impressed how accurate and responsive it is. And the alert settings as well as the custom border function are great!Yes, you have to pay the $30 monthly for cellular, but it is worth it! Especially considering the piece of mind for the security of your valuables, or child!!Highly recommend!!

Works very well
It show locations fairly well, activates properly, although it has a few minute delay. The magnetic case fell off in an odd location so had to purchase a new one.Again, it works pretty well!

Awsome tracking
Quick shipper, awsome product.. just a little pricey for monthly service. I have in another car with a aftermarket car alarm with a tracking system as part of a package, but affordable month service..

It works well
I got this for my son who was going on an international trip to South America, so that I could sort of follow his trip. I switched it to International mode (must be done in US) and it worked well. I would say within 150 feet or less, so I was pleased. I kept it on normal reporting so the battery lasted over 4 days (depends on how many trips are taken as well). It did lose GPS signal a few times for a few minutes, but it always came back (except when my son put it in the hotel safe for a few hours...lol). Overall I think it's a good product. Their self-help documentation needs work (it's not easy to find the international mode with their description (it's in the preference menu under trackers, but it's not easy to find the preference menu (Hint: click on your account icon (top right side of screen when you log into your account) and then go to settings, then trackers, then edit. You should see preferences on the top left side of the screen next to the Hapn logo (if you don't see it, you're probably not in the right menu. I will say their basic tech support people (the free one) are very nice and helpful but it takes a half day or so to get an email response, which is not too bad. I think you can pay for a quicker one. I did really like the boundary setting. I used that boundry setting to get a text when he left or entered the boundaries I set. I could also know the current battery charge, so I could remind him to recharge when it needed it. It can even send a text when it gets low if you set that setting. Lots of good stuff that the user can control. I used a lot of it. Overall I think it's a really nice, compact tracker. I can recommend it.
