I ordered this set 3 years ago and again last week because I needed more spares. The new set uses the same materials but they are thinner, lighter, slightly smaller and feel less sturdy than they used to.It's really hard to show the difference on camera so I weighed them, see pictures to see the dramatic weight difference. 430g vs 692g (don't worry that the scales say ml but it's the same measurement as g)I wouldn't say I don't recommend them though because there is nothing else similar for the price... square dinner set (helps keep food on/inside the plates/bowls) and nice black finish etc.If there was another option I would get that instead but this is the only product that fits what I want. I just really hope they haven't pushed the thin-ness too far that they are going to break more easily. Time will tell.This is just yet another example of companies cutting on quality so they don't have to increase prices and it's really annoying me at this point.

Good selection but they scratch very easily. To be expected with black though.
