Edit latest update; May 5 '23 I was so upset that the price went up so much right after I'd bought, but I checked a couple days ago, just for grins, and the price was about where it had been previously, I bought a second pair, very nice product. I returned my star rating to 5 , from 2. If you read none of the rest, and don't waste your time lol, a thing to note is that they are heavily perfumed or scented, it was overwhelming for my taste so I set them in the sun for a day, definitely not a big issue, but this dulled the level of the 'scent' to a point where it was just right, for me, I would guess that other users are fine with the scent..theser are firm but not overly so, just perfect. I would buy again. Edit/update, 2 days later I decide on another pair, the price jumped 15%, grrr, 14.44 to 16.99, I'll pass, no more pairs for me, not at all happy, I feel like we're being manipulated and all are victims of price gougers. Don't get me wrong, I buy everything I can via Amazon, probably has nothing to do with them, rather the vendors. Original Review; Just the right firmness, not too soft, and not too stiff, just right. Very easy to cut to size, I had an idea what the line labeled 42 was, I couldn't make out the US sizes if they were actually there, I just remembered that 42 seemed familiar and wasn't much off of the soles. Fit perfectly. The scent/odor/perfume was overwhelming even before I opened the package lol, really strong, I wasn't sure if it was a perfume or or VOC's from manufacturing, I set them out in the sun for the day just in case lol (again) later the scent/smell, was much more tolerable, and not unpleasant, I surmised eventually that the 'Scent' was not something dangerous or harmful . I will likely by another pair. 5 stars + .

These are the BEST insoles while adding height and comfort for those with flat feet or have worn high heels all their lives and cannot wear flat shoes comfortably or have sensitive spots. I have all of thee above problems and hav tried the heel lift inserts several kind from amazon ( none worked well THEY ALL MOVE FORWARD in the shoe soooo annoying and waste of money and effort) . So for my very flat boots like Minnetonka the 3c,m work very well and for my boots with a inch or so heel the 2.5cm work better. But plz note these do take up space in your boot/Shoe so if you bought shoes leaning larger because u typically use a insole anyway should work fine or if they are suede or leather that u can stretch where needed fine but just be warned a little extra room is needed for these to fit and feel comfortable. They are trim to size which is great because some shoes run wider etc. honestly these have changed my life i have bought several pair of each height out of fear that they will sell out! Life long loyal customer thank u! EDIT: still loving these and can not wear any of my shoes without them now! Have since tried the lowest 1.5 cm in my sneakers and trainers and they are amazing and do not force my heel out at all. My knee pain has dramatically decreased since using all the different heights in every one of my boots and shoes. The added height and slenderizing visual effect on my short legs is just a added huge plus!!

I haven't walked all day yet with these in my boots yet, but they have already made a difference. My boots are the right size, but my heel tends to slip even when tightly tied. This problem is solved. They are a great balance for being softer insoles, and yet are supportive. The insoles don't have that super hard insert. I'm now walking on a slight incline which makes me walk a little bit more on my toes. It seems to help my gait. My feet don't feel sore either! Edit: June 09, 2020. I took off a star(really half a star), because these have slight bumpy texture around the ball of the foor. This has been causing a rugburn sensation, no matter the socks. I wear these inserts with boots and for the most part they have saved my feet. If they were smooth, it would probably near perfect.

I was actually shopping for heel insoles when in my search I came across these honeycomb full shoe insoles. I am flat footed and I always put heel insoles in my shoes. I ordered the 1.5 and 2.5cm insoles. I have been wearing these in my athletic shoes for three days now and I can't say enough just how much I love them. They are so comfortable and help absorb shock and reduce stress on my feet and back. I like the mesh that wicks away moisture from my feet and keeps them dry. I especially like the honeycomb feature and that's one big reason I wanted to try these and I'm sure glad I did. They are super lightweight and you can just cut to the size you need. I always order my shoes a half size larger in order to provide adequate room for my insoles. The thicker ones I cut down shorter since I actually only wanted heel insoles. I have pain in my legs and the cushioning helps reduce impact on my muscles. These really help if I am standing for a long period of time. These insoles are durable and high quality. I will be ordering more as I know they will last. Also, if you want to look at little taller, you can't go wrong with these.

It does the job well, you can fit it to size and match your needs. However, if you are on your feet all day like I am, the hard foam will fatigue your feet early into the day. Also the lack of midfoot support should be considered.

When I opened the plastic packaging the toxic chemical smell from these inserts was unbelievable. I could smell them from over 4 feet away. And now I am stuck with this China import because I live in a rural community and our UPS drop off point is our hardware store so neither Amazon option works for me. The plastic packaging containing the inserts actually says ON THE LABEL that the "small smell" will go away so don't worry. Are you kidding me? This product has to made start to finish in an automated facility because a normal Chinese factory worker would die from the toxic fumes in a short time. Do not buy these - do not put them in the enclosed space of a shoe and then walk on them. Horrific smell!! And Amazon, you need to send me a label that works for me which is either a pre-printed UPS label or a pre-printed USPS lable. And please stop selling toxic chemical plastics that children or Elders could use!!!

Perfect for any girl wanting more height and comfort in her sneakers or boots. I now have 13 pairs of these wedge insoles in various colors and heights. The 2.5CM yellow insoles are perfect for my Veja sneakers (not runners), Converse, and Doc Marten boots as there is plenty of room for the insoles and my feet to fit. It definitely depends on which shoes you're wearing as to whether you need 1.5, 2.5, or 3. The 2.5CM gives my an inch of height and 10X the comfort of the insoles that typically come with shoes. Yellow is softer than green or black (the firmest). The heavier you are the more firm you will want the insoles so they don't squish down so far you lose the height. I'm 125lb so the yellow or green are fine. I use the 1.5CM in any shoes that don't tie and I can't adjust the laces...like chelsea boots and other ankle boots. I use the 3.5CM blue in my Golden Goose sneakers because they are designed for a wedge insole like these in the first place and these are taller and more comfortable than the Golden Goose insoles.

They add a lemon like smell, it doesn’t go away. Should have returned when I had the chance.
