I've always had fairly troublesome skin due to high stress and health issues so I've tried a great many things. I was honestly surprised by how well this worked and did not expect it to work as well as it has. It really does moisturize your skin from the inside. It's hard to explain, but I can slap a ton of moisturizer on my face and it'll do its job, but it just doesn't get deep enough to fully relieve the skin. After using this, however, my skin has never felt so hydrated and comfortable. I think that's the biggest thing is that it's not only moisturized but comfortable. I no longer have any lingering tightness in my skin that topical moisturizers couldn't relieve. Not only that, but I've gotten little to no acne since using this. I don't have terrible acne like I used to, but I was still getting persistent breakouts. Now I don't at all. If you suffer from an uncomfortable sense of dryness in your skin then I'd HIGHLY recommend this product. I buy it regularly now as I just can't do without it.

I have been taking these for 2 months. I have had several people in the last couple of weeks ask me if I had been on vacation, or to a spa. They said my skin was glowing. I am a true believer in these supplements, and I really went in to it not expecting too much. The only thing I didn't like at first was having to take them 3 times a day, but I have gotten used to it. I just take one after each meal, so now it's habit. Great product!

I have been taking for a week, when I can. I dont know about these. I feel like theyre making me break out and they also smell so bad from certain stuff thats in there but you cant do much about that. I will check back in after the bottle.

I love this product. Sfter taking it for a few months, your skin grows. I am on an auto order. For the product is hard to find in the stores. Or if I was to order thru anyone else besides Amazon. There is a long wait proses untill it is delivered. With Amazon Auto order. I am never without. So I am always glowing.

I have now been using these for about 1 month, 50 years young going through menopause. One of the side effects I have been experiencing is dry skin and hair. This has really helped me, my skin is glowing and soft again. I also drink about a gallon of water per day so that helps as well. I will definitely be ordering again.

This is an easy to swallow capsule. I have extremely dry skin! I've taken this product consistently for over a year and notice much smoother texture and appearance, fewer bumps and scaliness. If I run out of it for more then 2 weeks, my skin condition declines. I order in advance!

I have really dry skin and this seems to help. I noticed it first on my face because the skin on my face feels softer. The skin on my legs seem a bit less dry, so I am very happy about that.
