Kids take them well and like the taste. Work quickly to initiate sleep but not knock them out. Sometimes the texture is stickier but they don't seem to mind. We have never had to do more than 1-2mg

Tastes very good. I am strongly affected by high doses of melatonin, so tend to have 1/4-1/3 of these gummies instead. They work well and help me drift off without issue within 30-60 minutes, assuming other sleep hygiene things are in order. They do tend to become hard in texture after a while, so won't last forever.
