t:Slider Case with Rotatable Clip

Tandem has a great pump. But this case accessory is extremely cheaply made, and the springs and hooks simply break. My first one lasted three weeks. I'm on my third. It is so easy for companies to forget that a pump is something you wear EVERY single day of your life. In EVERY position that your body may be in, day or night. Any stresses, tweaks, pulls, pressing, twists that your body makes can potentially be brought to bear on the pump, and its accessory, which holds the pump. Even just lying on the floor can do it, getting out of the car, taking off a coat or a backpack, sliding past a door - much less running or playing football. Diabetics are truly ACTIVE people - like anyone else! Over even a short time the situations which can place stress on a case add up. So why take a very solidly-designed pump and give people a cheaply made piece of junk to hold to your belt, or your pocket, or your shirt?Customers - Tandem is a great pump, but beware this case will probably break quickly.Tandem - great pump! Now redesign the case that will hold the pump to your customers' bodies with some heft and quality worthy of the product you are making.

I love this normally the cases I get the clip brakes off from having to clip and I clip it all the time but this one you can just slide the case in and out of the clip and the clip rotates I love it!

Already had one that broke around the spring mechanism. But probably bound to happen when you wear it everyday. The rotating feature is pretty clutch but I would leave it in the vertical position when wearing it. Wearing horizontal may be how it was easier to break over time.

I'm on my 3rd case within 15 months of wearing the Tandem pump. The last one I purchased in January has just broke in March. It is disappointing these cases don't hold up, would like to think Tandem would stand behind their accessories and send a replacement.

This is my second t:slider case. I like the case, but it sure is fragile...

Clip hing broke within a few days of using it. No drops or hard impacts.

My first case clip had broken after 6 months, so I decided to order another one on Amazon. After a week of usage, part of the clip has cracked and a piece has fall off. The quality of this product is horrendous . I am very disappointed with Tandem with the making of such a low quality clip for a great pump.
