Works great
I bought this because I wanted to make my home canned pickles crinkled like the store bought. The knife did not disappoint. It easily cut though my cucumbers.

VERY DISAPPOINTED
Cutter not sharp enough. Handle too short and slippery - dangerous to work with. All I can add is don't waste your money on this.

price too expensive for what you get. Bought it because Japanese products are always top of the line this one is not.

Cook knife
Love this - probably can't cut something super hard. Works great for cucumbers and cheese. Take the plunge, make you snacks decorative!

Mediocre
For it's price, I expect a better knife. Knife doesn't look sturdy at all. Note that this does not have a sharp leading edge.One positive is it's made in Japan ( a plus)

Works well!
I use this all the time. I make fries, sweet potato fries, I cut carrots down into carrot sticks, etc. It makes veggies more fun for little people to eat, and it's decently sharp and easy to work with. For cleanup, I just throw it through the dishwasher. I've been using it for a few months now, and it's holding up well. The handle is plastic and I don't know how well it's attached, so far it's solid but I feel like that's going to loosen up before the blade gets dull. All in all, would buy again!
