Great stuff! Been using the product for a year or so. I have tried pretty much all of the flavors. They're all good. Dissolve very easily in Milk. I use whole milk with my afternoon shake. I use the product to keep my weight up. Being a cancer survivor, I need to take in a good amount of calories everyday to keep my weight up or gain some. Muscle Juice really helps me do that! Other products I've tried tend to stick to the inside of the blender, but not Muscle Juice. It also has low sugar, which I really like. I buy it specifically for the high calorie, low sugar and ease of mixing. I have my shake after my afternoon workout.

Pros: The product does what it advertises. I saw weight gain even with half the recommended serving size of muscle juice and regular training. Cons: Somewhat high on sugar and cholesterol. Causes some bloating. The vanilla flavor may taste too sweet for some.

First, the container arrived open which that alone means DO NOT USE. The shipping box was undamaged and well taped closed so I do not think the container was opened, fiddled with and then taped shut again Secondly, I tried a small taste and the taste is horrendous. I do not know if that is the norm or because it was opened. Some reviews said the taste was horrible but I decided to try it anyway. I do know I will NOT try this product again because of being opened and then because of the horrendous taste.

This thing requires two things to work, continued consumption over a lengthy period of time, and that you watch your diet carefully. Taste was very good and on the time it was taken (two months) there was a perceived increase in energy/resistance, but gave up when I realized I would've had to been taking this for a long time to gain any perceptible increase in weight. There are more practical alternatives for weight/muscle gaining on the market, zma for example.

I love this product. Took it awhile ago and thought it was discontinued, till I seen it on Amazon. It's a great product, and for its price, it can't be beat.

Banana is good. Touch of Nesquik, ice, half water half milk. Only complaint is that there is always a goop that doesn't blend well. I feel like its some crucial ingredient so I choke it down. 4.5/5.
