The media could not be loaded. The box was leaking. And when I opened the packaging, there were leaks also in the bottle. Im a galactomyces user for years now, and the consistency of the serum was a lot different from the ones I ordered in Korea. It smells different as well. It looks like it was a refill only. HOW CAN I RETURN THE PRODUCT? the product was delivered today and I opened it right away.
