When I got this item I was super excited, I saw that it had a music sync control and I was ecstatic to use it. I’ve had it for a while now and the music sync is not all that. I can put it on only like 3 colors, the remote control does not work as well as it should. Only the the big word letters work for me and sometimes it just doesn’t light up. It could be the lights but the lights work and look amazing when they’re on but when I tap some buttons on the remote it doesn’t work. I don’t know, I don’t think I they’re going to last long. I don’t want to say it was a waste of money because at first it was really cool and worth it but now I don’t know.

These lights have lasted for a couple years. They have many different color options. Very easy to install and set the mood for every season. You can make them bright or dim. The lights do change colors of another remote is used in the room

Go to bottom for the bit you are looking for! So back in late 2020 my daughter had her own money and wanted to buy LED's for her room. She looked for a brand she thought she would like and found these for so cheap! I was skeptical at first but she put them up and they looked great! We ended up buying a house and she was concerned she wouldn't be able to take her LED's with her. We ended up taking them down and moving them with us to our new house and they went up even smoother than the first time! About 2 years ago she bought some for her older brother because she loves this brand and they both still have them up in their rooms. We also just bought some for our 8 year old and he's so excited to get them! A few weeks ago we bought some for my kids bathroom and they are working great! I wouldn't know if they are waterproof, but they are 100% steam proof. The adhesive is still sticking to the walls great and all the colors are working and they make the bathroom so much more fun for the kids! The remotes have so so many options on them. I think the only problem (From having them so long) is the fact that about 4 of the lights have changed a different color and this is only in my daughters room. I also noticed if you bend them at a certain spot it will change the color that the light closest to it will turn. Overall this brand is amazing and hasn't failed us once over the years we have been using them. I suggest these to anyone who asks about getting their kid LED's! They work so well, the remotes have so many options, they work in bathrooms just as well as they work in bedrooms, the adhesive sticks so well we could transfer them from a different house, we have purchased 4 times, these are extremely cheap for a product that works so well, and the brightness has not faded at all over the years! I have purchased five of the light sets in the past year: three were perfect out of the box, two were not. However, the company that sells these offers what may be the fastest and best customer service when there is a problem. The most recent set did not work when hooked up. In the box is a business size card that requests an email if there is a problem with the assurance that they will reply within 24 hours, and they do! Answer a few questions and the company will send a replacement light set quickly. I had mine in about 4 days and the new set worked perfectly. I should add that when installed mine have worked as they should which is about 18 hours a day for the past year. I would not hesitate to buy from them again. The pricing is very low and even though the initial success rate is 60%, the outstanding customer service and fast replacement of faulty lights makes buying from them again an easy decision for me. Also, the lights have a lot of versatility: different colors and brightness, nice remote control (you can use a phone app if you like, I don't), responsive to music if that's your thing. Once you get past the possibility of having to get a replacement if your first set is faulty, these lights are really good value.

I explain most of this in the video I have these inside of my 18-wheeler that's the last picture where it looks like it's blue that's giving you an idea of the soft glow you can make them light or bright I keep mine light or soft they come with a remote control so you can get them to match the color you can even hook it up to your Bluetooth for music I also have these in my living room I painted a wall blue and navy blue in there so inside the bookcases where you can't see them it's blue that's why I actually just purchased another set of these because I snapped a piece and it broke the light connection opening the cabinet doors I'm also getting ready to put a set in my bathroom I just redid my bathroom and I am repurposing my mirror and so I'm going to stick these on the back of the mirror where you can't see them so at night it puts off a glow that will brighten up the room that's why I showed you the picture of me there with the blue picture they're awesome I love them the pieces I've had I can't tell you how many sets and only one of them broke and that's because of how I place them which I will not do that again when I do this over all right I hope that's helps people when they're searching and these are pretty cheap I bought more expensive ones and they didn't last that long to be honest with you these seem to last forever and they have a peel and stick on the back you can bend them do whatever you want just do not break the connection in that white strip because you will lose your light you can't be rough with them but once they're up they stay up they've been in the bathroom where it's humid they been in my truck where I cook sometimes when I'm on the road and the steam and everything does not affect them whatsoever

I was leery about getting this as I wanted both accent light and a source of ambient light for my computer room. Many people said they were not that bright. BUT there are 100 FEET of them! You can see from the photos that even in the daylight, there is lots of spill from the strips. At night it does light up the entire room without need for any other source of lighting. They are perfect for my needs. They are also cuttable, BUT a big negative is the cutting joints are about 18 inches apart so you will have trouble cutting it to fit to the inch. I got 200 feet of them for the room and both of the units use the same remote control. They also come with some kind of clever 90 degree turning thing for corners, but I could not figure out how it worked. It looked like you may have to solder the wires to it to make it work, but if you have the time, you can make a perfect 90' corner with it. The tape is 3M and it is really really sticky. Will it still stick tomorrow or next month? Who knows, but it sticks to anything at this point. They claim to be linkable, but they are not really like you think. You would have to cut and solder wires to make these linkable, assuming there is enough power in the transformer to power more than 100 feet. Perhaps it is for cutting and running wires between joints to skip over windows or doors in your install? Very impressed.

UPDATE: We now have 15 segments that don't work....it keeps getting worse and worse. My daughter is so disappointed and we never heard back from the seller. Total junk, do not buy!! We had just installed these lights and a week in, one cluster decided to malfunction and it’s never the right color. Now I’m a second spot the same thing is happening, where is is one color sequence off but at least less obvious (light when teal, that segment is a very very light blue). I wish these would last longer than a couple weeks especially when you have to install the whole strip.

I bought these for the kids rooms, so far they work very well. I wish there were more instructions on how to use the pieces included and how to cut the strip and attach another and make it functional. Either way, I have ordered a second set for the remaining room!
