I've had a run at a few clippers and trimmer this pandemic. I just returned a popular brand's mid-level cordless because it felt cheap. The halves of the plastic body met where you would typically hold it so you were constantly reminded of the lacking fit and finish. The adjustable taper lever was ill-fitted and would scrape the side of the housing...but that was returned.This one, seems, better, in nearly every aspect. It's weighty but not cumbersome which makes me think they put quality components where they mattered. It's partially metal and the other half of the housing has a metallic finish. The battery indicator is easily read and next to it, an indicator suggesting it needs oil. I'm not sure if that is a temperature sensor on the blades when they gain friction or a timer or maybe increased wattage due to friction. Pretty neat. Lots of trim length gates. I didn't see the LH and RH gates but not a big deal. Also, no bag but a simply hygiene bag would easily contain all parts. So far, I'm impressed.I got to use this for the first time today. Quiet, smooth, battery dropped only 10% with an hour of intermittent use. I noticed that the motor sounded like it was slowing a little as if the battery was dying but it didn't seem to affect performance and continued to run. Sharp. The blades do not pull at all. I noticed that you should be careful when affixing the combs/gates to the unit because if not properly seated, the blade may interfere with them and cause undo wear. You'll hear it when it does and can easily adjust.I think if this was 200 I would have felt justified that the quality must be that superior. It feels and looks mountains better than the other one. I haven't charged it yet but I like that it is not USB and that it can run while charging (although you should turn it off before plugging apparently per instructions).Hope it lasts, nice purchase.

I originally ordered the wahl clippers and the blades were uneven. They would try to pull the hair right out of your head. The wahl set was a waste of time and money. I took a chance with the Nicewell clippers and was and still am very satisfied with the way they cut hair, not to mention the great battery life. I have cut my hair several times and still haven't needed to charge.

I got this for my boyfriend since ive been cutting his hair since covid started, its bene great, weve used it about 5 times and still havent had to charge it, it came fully charged. Its greatly powerful and quiet and the sharp edges make it very easy to cut bear. Highly recommend!

Great buy. Excellent value for money

I cut my hair and trimmed my goatee as soon as the product arrived. Out of the box, arrived fully charged. I cannot comment on the battery life because I have not charged it yet. The feel of the razor is solid. The sound of the motor is not too loud. Attachments work efficiently. The blades cut effectively. I had a Wahl Razor since the ‘60’s which worked well into the ‘00. I have been looking for a replacement, read many reviews of different razor products, decided on this one and I am happy with my purchase and initial cut.

I recently purchased these clippers after much debate about what I should buy and how much should I spend. I read 100s of reviews and decided to give these a try. The first use was a success. They came fully charged so I can't speak to the battery life or charging time right now, but out of the box they were ready to go. The corded/cordless feature is nice and the assortment of combs/guards is a bonus. I do think that the #1 guard is slightly closer than I am used to, but it is not a big deal. My wife used them to freshen up my cut and she said that although they were different from the previous set we own, that she liked them and feels like the additional combs/guards will be a bonus since she is not a trained hairstylist. I am not sure how you can beat these for the money. If you use them twice instead of paying for a haircut, they have paid for themselves. I foresee good things out of this purchase.

I hav only used them once so far, but these clippers are so nice! I did not expect them to feel so sturdy for this price. I only use them to cut my husband's hair, but the cordless rechargeable feature was a must since we always do it outside. It comes with attachments to adjust length and to present any "whoops" moments. I would highly recommend!

The Nicewell Cordless Hair Clippers are very well made. Made of Carbon Steel, and a beautiful smooth design. Mine came pre charged to 100%. They are more quiet than many brands out there. I have not used them yet, however I'm quite confident that they are going to cut like a charm. Can't wait!

El aparato funciona bien, sin quejas ni nada fantastico. La bateria baja super rapido, y eso que no lo uso mas que una vez a la semana y para algo bien ligero.

Compre una máquina y todo excelente, funciona de maravilla, quede tan contento que compre la segunda y todo un desastre, no llego, no me han devuelto mi dinero, no dan respuesta, dicen que el paquete se daño en el traslado, ya no está dipnlble para volverlo a comprar. Etc no lo recomiendo pésimo vendedor
