I have bought this Omega-3 supplement several times because it really makes a difference. The quality is excellent and the capsules are easy to swallow without fish aftertaste, something rare in fish oil products. I really appreciate the high concentration of EPA and DHA, and I have noticed improvements in my energy, concentration and joint well-being since I started taking them.

Carlsons fish oil has one of the best concentrations of EPA/DHA for the price, and those are the two key components one wants in fish oil. Other cheaper fish oils won't "hurt" you, but you would have to take massive amounts of many of them to really get the desired benefits. We have been taking these for years; no fishy breath or burps.
