Love the glass pens. So easy to use and glides over the paper. The inks are such lovely colors. Makes journaling and doodling so much fun. Addictive!

I purchased after looking for several days. I wanted a dip set to do some ink on mylar colored sketching. This had the most different colors for the best price. 2 glass dip pens, a pen rest, and a cleaning well to boot! I have throughly enjoyed getting acquainted with the colors. Definitely recommend!

The glass pens are absolutely beautiful and I love how they write. With only one dip into the ink you can get a lot of use out of just that one dip of ink. The ink is also really pretty. It has gold mica (I think it’s mica) in it and it gives the ink this really pretty luster. My only gripe is that when you uncork the ink for the first time, sometimes it explodes all over your fingers. Also, the caps on the ink aren’t the tightest, so be really careful when you’re handling the vials unless you want your hands to look like they’ve been involved in a unicorn’s murder.

I decided to do a color test on them because, well, I wanna see what colors are what they look like to be. Uh some of them are rather hard to tell what color is which, I had to label them on what they were. Others were kind of misleading, like the color pink looks like Magenta, Magenta just looks red. Olive Green just immediately turned into black for some reason, either I didnt shake it well enough or thats litterly the outcome. Purple and Green don't even look like their original colors, orange and gold looks just the same, exc.Other than that, I really like the colors, they're very smooth and water-y, I like to use them as a kind of shadows in watercolor, but like I mention, some of the colors are rather misleading

I’ve only just opened this package, so to be fair this review is only about presentation. But for the price, on a scale of 1-10, this gets a 20! Each piece is inserted in a it’s own precisely fit cut out if the foam insert you’ll find, both in the bottom (holding the product) and the top of the box. The box itself is of the same quality as my designer shoe boxes. My top designer shoes! The little “cup” they mention for cleaning your glass pen is this this well made miniature cup, but thick, like you’d find in a juice glass. So cute! And I don’t remember reading about this, but it also comes with a glass stand, to keep the dipping end of your pen up off the (table, paper)... as long as it all works, this makes an AMAZING gift on presentation alone!

I *love* this glass pen set. The inks are beautiful and full of glitter, the pens themselves write fantastic. This is by far the best value I have come across. The ink bottle rubber stoppers are a bit difficult to remove without getting ink on yourself, but other than that, this is an amazing set. I use a paper towel when removing the stoppers and it alleviated the issue.

I’m very perplexed on how I feel about this set. This is just my opinion, do take it with a grain of salt. Pros: My set arrived undamaged. I saw that many people encountered an issue with broken bits etc. the selection of colors is fantastic. The box they come in is also nice. The glass pens write with such precision. I think the tip is extra fine. Cons: I tried the pens on both smooth cardstock and on calligraphy practice pad and the pens just felt too scratchy. For fun, the pens would be great. But if you were to try to make something with smooth transition writing, then I’d feel you might encounter frustration. But for doodling and zentangle it would be great! As for the individual ink bottles. They’re terrible! Every one comes with a rubber stopper to prevent leakage. When removing them, ink gets all over your hands and everything around you. So I saw that they were a twist on top. So I tried an experiment and laid it down on its side. I was hoping I could remove all the stoppers at once and just have the twist on tops. Sure enough it leaked. If anyone from the company is reading this….i would pay a little more for leakproof bottles without the rubber stoppers. Possibly even an eyedropper bottle would be better. So there it is. There’s good and bad. I will say that the price point is great though. The scratchy writing and pain in the #%? Ink bottles is reason for the 3 star rating.

The media could not be loaded. I absolutely LOVE this set. I have always been obsessed with glass pens, but never purchased one until now and I have been missing out! I love all of the colors that come in the set. Even the yellow is visible on paper. It's better if you use paper that is on the thicker sife for smooth writing. Overall, this set is amazing and I definitely recommend it. My Daughter also loves it and uses it a lot. I'm going to he purchasing a set for her once she gets the hang of using mine.
