AXT SHADE Sun Shade Sail Waterproof 3x3x3m Triangle UV Block Canopy Awning for Patio Outdoor Garden Backyard -Sand

At first I was really impressed with the sail, then realised it was two pieces joined together. Which I wasnt happy about. Then we had a shower and noticed the seam/join was leaking. The rest of the material was waterproof but obviously where the join had Been stitched it was leaking water. I contacted the Seller and was completely fobbed off with “try to angle your sail so the water runs off” well obviously we had erected it in this way, then was abruptly told have a nice day And that was that! So I replied trying to explain Again my issue with the seam leaking, and again was fobbed off With “yes, it will leak its on the seam, and the needle holes wont be water proof!!!” I thought this hilarious! So why have they designed them in two Separate pieces? And then again told have a nice day. The customer service is awful. Very polite but not at all helpful. Just quick reply with have a nice day. Not happy and wont use this seller again.

It’s a good shade but I can’t put it up I need a whole lot of fittings that I was not aware of I thought it was all in one pack ready to set up so am disappointed

The product itself is beautiful and really well made. Having chosen the 5x5x7 meter option in grey it really looked the part, you do need a massive slant in the item though which makes it unfit for purpose. By the time I had a drop of almost 2 meters to stop the water collecting in the fabric I had reduced the coverage and the area below for shade and rain cover was no longer protected. I also now have brackets and fittings all over my house from re adjusting and moving the item. If you are looking for a temporary cover for a party on a dry day this is perfect, if you want a cover which is 10m in the air with a 40 degree slant then this is the product for you.

We bought this for shade and to keep rain off to sit under. It is waterproof but no matter how much we tried to stretch this tight, when wet, the fabric seems to stretch and fill up with water. Definitely waterproof but not in the way we wanted haha

It is a good quality item but the annoying thing is that it is not quite the dimensions it promises.My wife is happy with this but I believe that 40£ its a bit expensive for this product.I bought a 3x3m and has this dimensions just between the rings.The fabric will not have this dimensions because takes this curved shape see pics.In reality you will have dimensions of the fabric aprox 2.6x2.6m

Great service. Ordered Saturday afternoon and delivered the next morning!!!! Shade is a better quality than I was expecting for the price. Used to protect our decking.Would recommend.

We weren't expecting the shade to be as good as it is. We re-turfed our garden (advice to others here - get a pro to do this, digging out the garden nearly killed me) so wanted a sun shade to beautify all our hard work. Arrived earlier than expected, and was easy to fit (we bought a mounting kit separately). Much better quality than we hoped and looks great.

Used for keeping the setting sun from the west side of the orangery and lovely to sit under for protection from to much sun.
