When I first unpacked this and applied it, I thought, oh wow! It’s got a zing that feels good on the skin and helps w muscle aches. I use this each day after my workouts before bed. I find the lemongrass smell to be appealing and relaxing. It also leaves the skin cool feeling, so I’m not as quick to overheat in bed. I make sure it’s fully absorbed before going to bed as the oil is orange colored. It did not change the color of my skin.

I wanted to try this oil. When I received it, the packaging was very damaged. I returned it for replacement. It comes with a pump. The pump doesn't work for the replacement! However, I did apply the oil for hip pain. The oil soothed the pain immediately. I also like the smell. Unfortunately, applying the oil directly from the bottle is a little messy. I need a new pump. I can't figure out how to contact the seller. I really don't want to exchange/return the replacement. UPDATE: I got the pump to work! I twisted it all the way down. Then, as soon as I twisted it to go up, it popped up - whew!

This oil is fantastic! I use it either in the sauna or throw the bottle into my hot bath and when I come out immediately rub it on my still warm skin. Also rubbing it in while sitting infront of a heat source ( wood burning stove)is amazing.it gets mighty warm and penetrates deeply. Not to mention the amazing citrusy scent. Do wash your hands thoroughly before picking your nose! :-)

The product arrived in a timely manner, and is very effective in helping relax the muscles. It smells very nice, but I would advise using an old towel or tee shirt as a barrier to keep the oil from staining your sheets.
