Love this product! It mix’s smoothly and has no taste but your getting good fiber and some pre and probiotics. Once you know how all these things help you it’s a no brained.

Like the fact it does not have any taste and is not grainy like Metamucil. Was recommended by my Nutritionist. Mixes well most of the time, once in awhile it gets little clumps not sure why, maybe temperature of the water?

Fiber more expensive then Metamucil but felt better on it and digestive system responded better to it. No taste, easy to consume. Will spend extra for better quality.

I like the fact that it has no taste and it dissolves real quickly.

I have purchased this fiber supplement 7 times and will continue to do so. I have gut issues and constipation and this in my coffee each morning helps.

I did some research and really like the quality/ science behind this product, however I have IBS-C and an extremely hard time finding products that work for me. Unfortunately, this cramped my tummy and didn’t help with my constipation :( I do have a very sensitive stomach though, so I do think it’s worth a try if your body typically responds well to supplements!
