I initiated a return request on June 25, but until now I have not received any response or update regarding the return or refund process.I find your customer service to be extremely poor. If you are unable to handle after-sales service properly, it is better not to sell products online. This kind of experience seriously affects customer trust and satisfaction.

Very elegant pan, wide mouth with superb quality.

Only base is tri ply
Just the base is triply. Sides are not triply. Base is heavy but the sides give you a flimsy feel, for some one who has used tri ply pots and pans for long.
