Does it grow? If it does how does it grow?

From newborn to sitter it’s legs just move from an upward position under the swaddle to a downward position. From sitter to toddler it actually grows a few inches in the torso. It’s hair also grows a longer ponytail too.

How long does it take for the doll to age up to each phase?

You can reset it as much as you want. But my daughter was able to make it “full grown” with about 5 minutes of continuous play with the goal of making it grow.

What is the size of the doll once grown up?

I must be honest. This doll was returned twice to different companies because it kept breaking. No fault of the child. Just a very bad design.
