How can these be laminated if they are shipped rolled up? Are they actually laminated? Like coated in thick sturdy plastic on both sides?

These have a nice thick laminate coat on them. They are shipped rolled up in a long rectangular box (they are not rolled too tight, just loosely rolled.) After taking them out of the package I just put a few books on them for just a couple of hours to straighten out the temporary curve. They are perfectly flat and good to go!

are they the same exercised on both sides, just one is vertical and one is horizontal? or are there completely different poses/exercises on the back?

In the 10 set, half of them are the same on both sides one view vertical and the other horizontal (muscle system, yoga, kettlebell, barbell and suspension workout) BUT the other half are vertical on both sides and have a different “volume 2” on the backside e.g. dumbbell/v2, resistance band/v2, body weight workouts/v2, stability ball / half balance ball and warm up / stretching. In that sense 5 are useless.

Can you see all views at once or do you have to flip over to see different views? I would like to post on wall and not have to flip over for more info

You have to flip to see different views as they are two-sided (a lot of info). Suggest copying and laminating, or less expensively, buying two sets.
