Great cable ends! Keeps your bikes cables from fraying. Made of aluminum with a silver finish. They fit in both cable sizes 14, and 15 millimeters. Crimps easily onto either cable easily.

Just got a new bike, and as I was adjusting the brakes, as usual for me, the end cap came off and the cable started to fray. I'd always had issues with frayed cables when I was a kid and was determined not to go down that path again now, decades later. Found these, got these, and they're perfect. I thought there'd be a problem installing these since my cables were already frayed, but I got some pliers and twisted them back up and it was a cinch. They installed easily, crimped easily, and have not fallen off like the factory installed ones did. Such a simple little item, makes all the difference in the world. Wish I'd had these as a kid, would have saved me lots of headaches!!!

These do the job they are intended for. You don't need the $30 crimp tool for these if you have one of those cheap, stamped out wire crimping tools. Just use the "uninsulated" crimp option and these turn out looking good and staying solid on the cable ends.
