Great gift for lotr fans

The media could not be loaded. Beautiful cook book! The first one I received had a bunch of scratches down the front cover, but costumer service was great and they replaced it with a new one really fast. I mainly got it for the aesthetic purposes and how AWESOME it looks of my bookshelf. 🤪But honestly it’s got some wicked cool recipes in there! I made the Lembas bread and Honey cakes, they were so cool and delicious! I can’t wait to try out the other recipes!Lots of incredible illustrations. Beautiful collectors book and looks super cool on my shelf with my other LOTR books. If you are a big LOTR/Hobbit fan like me and love to try out new recipes, I highly recommend getting this cook book, you will not be disappointed!

Bought this for my wife and she loved it. She was excited to thumb through and was naming recipes she knew would probably be in the book. The book is of good quality and the recipe layout was nice. There is cute artwork throughout the book.

I purchased this for our Lord of the Rings party with our grandkids. We made several of the recipes - all which were good. My teenage granddaughter is an artist and loved the art work in the book. It made the party a success. Will use it again for our next one.

I ordered this cookery book on a whim. The recipes are easy to read and follow and all ingredients are available in the U.S.; however, none of the recipes have "called" to me yet. But probably will. Meanwhile, I'm enjoying reading the author's comments and the wide ranging selection of recipes themselves and especially enjoy the illustrations. This is a fun cookery book.

The book is large, hard cover and is, visually, a work of art. I think the art could have been more Tolkien inspired and could have used more of a classically LOTR feel, but it is still extremely beautiful and lore-accurate. We haven’t made any of the recipes yet but they all sound delicious and actually like something you’d want to try…except for the dragon eggs…not too sold on that recipe.

Our daughter gave this as a gift for a fellow LOTR fan and it was such a fun gift! Her friend is loving it, and they have already had a couple of cooking parties to make the recipes. I love that it is illustrated because it adds so much to this wonderful collection of recipes.
