Cute and soft
I got this while I was working for an animal charity and got so many comments on how much people loved it. It's small size makes it easy to carry and for little hands. Love that it is made from recycled material and is still so soft to the touch.

The otter was fine but the packaging it came in was pretty much opened, this would have been something I wouldn’t have cared about except it was raining that day

The animal is relatively featureless. It looks better in the picture. It was packed in a paper envelope with no lining them left on the lawn in the rain. If I hadn't have gotten to it almost immediately, it would have been saturated. As it was, the packaging was disintegrating and the item was damp. No packing slip, no plastic bag, just shoved into a paper envelope.
