This Aveeno Calm + Restore serum has been very gentle and soothing on my skin. It’s lightweight, absorbs quickly, and gives a nice boost of hydration without feeling greasy or heavy. My skin feels calmer and less irritated after using it consistently, and it layers well under moisturizer and sunscreen. I also like that it doesn’t have a strong scent and hasn’t caused any redness or breakouts. If you have sensitive or easily irritated skin and want a simple hydrating serum, this is a great option I’d definitely buy again.

The size if good for the money. Really easy to apply onto the face and dries really quick. It moisturizes well leaving my face feeling baby soft. I also have sensitive, oily skin and this doesn't leave me looking like I dunked my face into a bath of oil.

I love this gel moisturizer! I have been searching for 2yrs for an eye cream but or face moisturizer without Retinol or Hyaluronic Acid as any face movement will cause these dreams to work their way up your face, & they burn my eyes. I love the consistency. It works into your face quickly & evenly. One dab of one finger is enough for your entire face using a patting motion. This cream does not bother my eyes!

I have sensitive skin and this moisturizer works really well—it’s lightweight, absorbs quickly, and helps calm redness. It feels refreshing without any sticky residue. Just wish it came in a bigger size for the price. Still a solid daily moisturizer for gentle hydration.

This is a great facial moisturizer. I've been using this for about a year now, my skin is a combination between dry and oily but it gets SUPER dry in the winter, especially in the cheeks. Ever since I started using this my skin has been so soft and just looks so healthy. I've been asked several types what my skin care routine is and when I tell them that I don't spend hundreds of dollars on moisturizer creams and buy this one for this price, they can't believe it! I've actually turn a few people onto it. It doesn't have any kind of smell, it's not really a creamy consistency, it's a gel, it doesn't leave any kind of residue on your fingers once you apply it and once it dries on your face all you feel is your skin being soft. No greasy buildup feeling of grossness. I definitely recommend this, I do love Aveeno products though, they make good stuff.

I have very oily skin, and this is literally the only moisturizer I've ever found that moisturizes properly without also making my skin look and feel grossly greasy. It's also not irritating at all and significantly decreases any acne. I wish it were a little less expensive for the quantity but the price is at least worth it for me.

This stuff is the real deal. I'm a guy who has had trouble with facial redness caused by dermatitis - I've tried so many moisturizers that claim to reduce redness, moisturize skin, etc.. and haven't really come across one that works well. This Aveeno cream though works extremely well in softening my skin, reducing redness, and keeping it moisturized throughout the day. Haven't had any flareups since using it! It feels good, not too heavy, on-greasy, easy to apply. 10/10 recommend

This is one of my top three favorite facial moisturizers. It has a luscious texture, doesn't have any fragrance, and leaves my skin soft without being shiny. So why did I rate it only 3 stars? Because the packaging is so egregiously wasteful, it infuriates me. They made the outer box big enough to fit two jars but it comes with one jar held in place by more cardboard so it doesn't rattle around. And the jar is the absolute worst. I have posted some images of a side by side comparison with another facial moisturizer so you can see for yourself. The Aveeno jar is larger but holds less product than the other brand. (Aveeno: 1.7 oz in a 2.5" diameter plastic jar; $11.10/ oz at time of this review; Mad Hippie: 2.1 oz in a 2.125 diameter glass jar; $13.33/oz at time of this review) The Aveeno Jar has a double wall creating the illusion that it is a much bigger amount of product. It is a shameful waste of material and even though I love the moisturizer, it makes me so mad that I frequently go to other brands that have less wasteful packaging practices. If it wasn't for the packaging, this moisturizer would definitely be 4 stars, or even 5 for me, but I just cannot abide by companies using resources in such a careless and disingenuous way. It is irresponsible and unnecessary.

this Moisturizer is very moist and does not feel grease at all, Love it

I’m thankful to this amazing gel, it soothed and hydrated my skin from first use, I’m relieved. I was under treatment for stubborn pimples which damaged my skin and left it extremely flaky and dry plus red burning rashes all over :( I used a lot of other products to soothe my skin but nothing worked, in-fact just made it worse because they were very oily and made my pimples worse. Then this gel saved my skin, it’s only been 3 days now I’m using it and my skin is soft and smooth, rashes gone :) My skin absorbed the gel fast and didn’t feel oily or greasy at all. I felt tingling on the rash areas for a couple of minutes then it was fine. I applied on dry areas 3 or 4 times a day. Bought another one just now, love it

While the actual product maybe alright, the size is actually a trial size which costs about the same as full size. Hence feeling cheated. The photos shown in the description are of the actual size product.
