So you get what you pay for. This is cheap, but regular refrigerant tanks don't fit, the bottom of the tank falls down. I had to have straps welded on each slot to hold them in place. Recovery tanks will fit better since they don't have a rounded bottom, but this thing is no good for regular tanks.

It’s opposite of prevent sliding. Not sure if they ever tested it after made. Needs a better design . Now I have to come up with an idea to hold tanks in place..good customer service.

FIRST, it's not built, ok. but, the bolt holes are not all clean, some want to cross thread, you had better oil the bolt to get them in. second, no base mounts, or any mounts for that matter. it does not have the under tank bar, so the 30lb freon tanks just kind of wedge in. I am going to have to use sheet metal flashing to "make" a cradle for the tanks. yes, more work, more money. I should have sent this back.. I might still. this is not a plug and play freon tank holder. its just some rings welded to make a stand. it's worth half of what I paid for it.

This rack is very useful and a space saver.
