Minimal documentation, proprietary hdl
Documentation is abysmal, especially if you plan to use VHDL and not their own flavor of hdl called lucid. I had to spend probably an hour mapping the pinouts since I also bought the IO board and some pin breakout boards. If you don’t plan on using lucid, you will have to go searching on the company’s (and others) git hubs to find what you’re looking for. Other than that, the quality of the board is top notch and everything is open source, which is good. Once you get it up and running you should have no issues.
