Can it be used for laptop? my specific model is hp omen 15 intel i9 9880h rtx 2080. my peak temps are 100c and 74c for the cpu and gpu respectively.

You can apply it on any cpu. But people usually do it as a last measure before applying it even on a desktop cpu. Since laptop is a mobile device, there is a chance that liquid metal will flow out of the dice. Just try to underclock/undervolt ur cpu and try with any other good thermal paste and see how it goes. If that all doesnt work then u can try LM.
