I use liquid chalk to keep my hands grippy for normal lifts. I get in the gym and put about a pea sized dot and rub it in and it lasts for a few excersizes like 20 min and not just a couple sets like solid chalk. Keeps the hands dry and consistent without reapplying every couple sets. Also, when using this you don't end up covered in chalk, low powder unless you use too much.

I like it doss the job

The product works good but I've ordered it twice now and both times it came with the top cap broken.

I am using this for indoor Rock Climbing. It works well. The bottles are small enough to fit in most pockets so you can carry one with you while you climb and it can be clipped to a loop on your pants or harness. I plan to refill these from a larger bottle.

Great for the gym – cleaner than regular chalk! I’ve been using this liquid chalk during my workouts and I’m super impressed. It provides excellent grip without the usual mess you get from traditional chalk blocks or powder. My hands stay dry, and I don't leave a cloud of dust everywhere I go. One thing I didn’t expect — it actually smells pretty good! Not overpowering, just a clean, slightly fresh scent, which is a nice bonus, especially compared to other brands that smell like straight-up chemicals. The only small downside is that when I open the bottle, there are sometimes dried-up bits of chalk near the cap that flake out. It’s not a deal-breaker at all, but something to watch out for so it doesn’t end up on your clothes or bag. Overall, it’s super effective, convenient, and way less messy. Definitely a staple in my gym bag now.
