I have been getting back into fishing this year. Fishing was something I used to enjoy as a child, teenager, and into my young adult years. However, I lost all of my gear in a move at some point and stopped having time for it. Now that my kids are grown and my work keeps me near home more often, I decided to dive back into this relaxing past time.This kit was good to start building up a new tackle box. Lots of different lures and hooks to mess around and try out at my local fishing holes. Of course, nothing in here is going to be that magic lure that catches the state record bass, but there are enough options and pieces to put you on the right track to finding out what works best for you as an angler.I would recommend this kit for people getting into the hobby side of fishing, but if you are already well versed, there are probably much better options out there that you are aware of.

I don't fish as much as I used to. I don't even like fish. Lately I've wanted to go once and a while, but after many years of not fishing all of my gear corroded away, dry rotted, etc. So, after emptying out the tackle box and throwing it in the dishwasher, I now had a clean EMPTY tackle box. So I picked up this little kit and surprisingly there is a lot of stuff crammed into it. I transferred all of it into my old tackle box and it filled it quite nicely. The lures are as good as any that I used to own, they're actually very nice. Quite a selection of hooks, weighted hooks, weights, rubber worms and such. I'm pretty happy overall with this purchase.

I should’ve reviewed the measurements closer for individual pieces. Although this box has a good quantity of pieces for the price, the sizes of pieces were not what I expected for bass fishing.
