Have had a cheese slicer for year, but my old one snapped, where it was attached to the handle. Ordered this one as there was no join between the slicing part and the handle, it is all one, so thought I'd give it a go. It does slice cheese, but it takes more effort, Not as sharp as my old one and it slices the cheese a lot thicker than I'd like. I wouldn't buy this again, I'd go for the cheaper option.

Bought to use as a parer rather than a slicer, did a bit of shopping around and this one had best reviews for the pricIn practice, it works well, and is nice and sharp. Easy to clean but water gets under the chrome dplastic trim and the stainless piece on the handle meaning it dribbles out over time.Will see how long this lasts

Slice really well and easy to clean. So far I am happy with the quality.

Don't find it super sharp so it's bit a smooth cut, but its pretty good

Person using it is happy enough so that's good enough for me
