Wonderful purchase! My husband and daughter both play, they said the sound and feel is terrific! Looks absolutely beautiful in our home. Well worth the cost. We would definitely buy again!

No hardware or power chord came with this piano. Amazon customer service is trying to be helpful, but all the responsibility of sorting out either how to return it is being put on my shoulders, (which is a challenge because it is very large and heavy, especially for one person, and since the box came to my house in literal tatters, I needed to break the box taking the piano out for assembly. This means I have to find the correct sized box for keyboard piece of this large piano and hope I pack it well enough to not damage upon return). Similarly, Amazon customer service put the getting of the correct hardware completely on my shoulders, which I find kind of annoying, because I have two messages with Suzuki and no has called me back yet.I would comment on how the piano sounds, but I cannot turn it on until I get a power chord.More than this, it took wayyy longer to arrive than expected. I called amazon and they misinformed me that a second box with the hardware and power chord was on its way. The tracking just said, held in Poighkeepsie but in trasu. UPS did not do their due diligence logging the delivery of the first package until I called them asking about the 2nd “phantom” package which the amazon person reported was on its way and had been mistaken about.All I know, is I would like to talk the seller and have the seller work this out instead of amazon customer service.

The sound is wonderful. The only reason I didn't give it five stars is because I am not happy with the user manual. There are so many features I'd like to use and reading the directions provided is not much help. My next inquiry will be to find a Suzuki store in my vicinity that may have a staff member who can demonstrate how to use the incredible number of special features this digital piano has to offer.

Easy to put together although you'll need 2 people. I'm very pleased with the sound and look of the piano. Great value for the price!

Great sound, experience and value

Very pleased with this item. Dropped the review to four stars because of a small bit of damage to one of the legs of the bench. Didn't feel like making an issue of it since we are so satisfied with the piano.

I love this piano. I hadn't played in 15 years, so I was quite rusty. But the sound of this piano is incredible, just like the real thing. There are three piano settings and each one sounds like a different brand. The action is just like a real piano: a little resistant, which is the action I prefer, it's more lifelike. I have a degree in music but decided to go back to school and take a different track. When I moved, there was no room for my childhood Chickering, so I had to do without. I sorely missed it. I didn't realize how much until this Suzuki piano came into my life as an anniversary present! The only thing I don't like is the fact this piano doesn't do dynamics. Although this piano can become quieter, it can't do p or pp. Nor can it do forte well. It's pretty much one level of sound. Therefore, the pieces I play are lacking this important component. Still, I don't have room for a real piano upright, so this is the next best thing. I feel like a kid again. I'm playing anything I can get my hands on. The tone in any of the piano settings (the only settings I use) is incredibly lifelike. I hope to start teaching my grandson one of these days. I highly recommend this piano.
