Spec's on Amazon state microphones use AA batteries. They do not. Microphones use 9 volt batteries.

My grand-daughters and I are having so much fun with these wireless mikes
My grand-daughters and I are having so much fun with these wireless mikes. I own a few corded mikes but what a hassle they were always tripping over the wires. They love how they can travel my house far from the base and it still works.

This is a great product. I purchased this setup for my karaoke system a couple years ago and i really liked it, so i just bought this set for my wifes daughter to us for her new karaoke system. Highly recommended, and you can't beat amazon.comfor service and shipping.

Sound good, Buy Not to tight
This unit is ok for my use. I stay within 75 feet so I really have no issues with the sound. The only downside is that the battery caps are very thin, made one a little to tight and it crack. Quit fix with black duck tap.
