Good feeder, but you might need some squirrel proofing
The feeder is sturdy, very well made and looks great. And for folks that don't have squirrels it's perfect. The feeder has holes on the bottom that allow birdseed to flow out to the bottom plate - so far so good. But our squirrels figured out that if they shake the birdfeeder the bird seed flows out; in very little time they pretty much emptied the feeder's contents onto the ground. But we engineered a viable work around: I took it apart and plugged the holes with duck tape, now the seeds stay in the feeder. I recommend the feeder, just know that some squirrel proofing may be needed!

Well made
It's very well made, can hold 10lbs of seed, but it's heavy. Of course because it's heavy duty. Just something to be aware of if you have any issues lifting and putting it up. Because you have to take it down to fill. The birds love it!

Very sturdy. Holds plenty of seed
I have gone through many bird feeders. This design is by far my favorite overall. It is very sturdy, has withstood multiple raccoon disasters, and quite a few high wind plunges to the ground. The top fastener is much better than the version of this feeder that has a wire with a loop in it to hang. The top removes completely so both chambers can be filled easily. (the version with the wire fastener lid does not come off completely). We live in a migratory area heavily traveled, so the large hold capacity is great. The birds love it.

Well Made Bird Feeder!
When I first saw the price of this bird feeder I was hesitant to purchase. But after watching the video it looked easy to clean and that really attracted me to buy it. It is all metal, even the ports and perches are metal. So many are more plastic. It holds a lot of seed on both sides. I plan on layering the different seed blends. I wanted one with 3 parts for seeds, but layering should work like that.

Sturdy, practical and good looking
Well made, a sturdy and practical product. Two hoppers that are easy to fill and plenty of perches for your backyard birds. This is our second one, albeit the prior lasted for ~10 years. Essentially, our favorite feeder among a plethora of choices. It is heavy when filled with seed, although I see this as a benefit in having to fill less often and improved stability in the wind. This seller was particularly responsive and comitted to customer satisfaction. I recommend both the seller and the product received. It is not squirrel proof (they cannot raid or open it, but will visit occasionally for a nibble) , although nothing really is- would absolutely purchase again. This style has been our favorite

Finch feed runs out on ground when it is filled.
It looked great up on arrival. Immediately filled with finch seeds. Filled to top like my other feeder however, new feeder food runs out of feeding holes. Lost all my feed to first row of holes before could empty back in back. Not sure what is wrong with it. My old feeder had a rusted out bottom so bought new one. Very unhappy with it!

Nice and sturdy, but expect that only the smallest birds will use the side ports
The product photos are very misleading, with birds shrunk down to make it look like the feeder is larger. Nearly all our birds eat from the bottom tray because the perches at the side ports are so short even finches and sparrows can barely stand on them and turn sideways sharply enough to feed. As others have mentioned, when it's full it is VERY heavy so you will need either a thick branch or a well-secured pole to hang it from. It holds a vast amount of seed and is very easy to fill.

Not squirrel proof
Good quality and quite large compared to other bird feeders, but it’s not at all squirrel proof. As you can see, a black squirrel is hanging upside down getting some lunch off my bird feeders. He and all his squirrel friends didn’t take long to easily figure out how to get at the food.
