I purchased this product in order to have a longer Battery life for my phone. I put the case on my phone, charged overnight, and used my phone to search the web. Within a few hours the battery was run down. I had a real Mophie juice pack before and the battery lasted 2-3 days.I am not sure if this battery pack is old, or what, but it will not hold a charge.

From a charging standpoint it does the job. However to charge it with a lightening cable is just a mess. The detente inside that are intended to keep the lightening cable in place never worked right. So the cable is loose and often will fall out. This is worse yet when driving and trying to charge it in a bouncing vehicle. If I could I would return this. Battery life when it’s charged is good. Able to charge our device twice over. The case does protect the phone very well on all sides. Just charging it is just too difficult.

it does have pass through charging which will charge your phone first and than charge the case.. i been on my phone all day today (using it heavy) and about to go to sleep with 1/4th on the case and 100% on iphone.. i tried to kill it but its got a lot of power!yes i have power banks all kids from 5000mah to 32,000mah.. thats the way to go if your camping! but walking around with cables and moving around making sure nothing unplugs.. i like this battery case its really nice and not too big! if it was a little bigger it would be too big.. but its just right!it charged my phone yesterday from 0-100% 2 times while using the phone while watching youtube and using it on the heavy side..it would be nice if it could support charging phone and case at the same time, but its ok leave it for the night and both will be topped off..i didnt mention.. i live in the country so my service isnt the best which means that my phone uses more power to connect to a cell tower.. no longer im looking for chargers mid day.. im good!! trust me i tried to kill the battery case using the phone very heavy all day.. cant kill it!

I drop my phone constantly. This case scratches easily! This is not a good case for clumsy people. Beware my fellow uncoordinated gravity worshippers. Battery life is great though. Also I was sent a red one, instead of pink. Didn’t want to even bother with the return. Whatever 🙄

Bought this because my iPhone battery doesn’t hold a charge like it used to. This battery case was just what the doctor ordered, now I don’t have to worry that my phone will go dead just when I need it. It charges rather quickly after the phone is charged and keeps its charge until you use it to charge your phone.

I got this case on my phone today. I like the color and weight of it. It's a thick case but doesn't feel as bulky as the mophie case I had previously, since it doesn't stick out farther than the phone on the bottom. But I definitely believe people who are saying the charging port ends up loose. It already feels a little loose right out of the box. Will see how long it lasts and if it's worth the cost.Took off a star. If I'm not careful, the charging cable will literally just fall out of the port. That's ridiculously loose. I won't buy another case of this brand when this one wears out. Which I'm assuming won't take long if the charging port is already this bad

I don't like to use this case 24/7 since it's so much bulkier than a standard case and it's pretty heavy. That being said, it looks really nice and is super sleek. I just prefer the weight and size of my phone without it. It does come in handy though! I brought it with me on a trip to Disney and kept it in my bag so I could pop it on and charge my phone while at the park. I much prefer this method to charging my phone on the go without access to an outlet since connecting to a power bank can be cumbersome with the dangling charging cable.

I have had this charger case for less than 60 days and it has already stopped working. It will not charge my phone when connected to the case. I have used similiar brands like this before and never experienced this problem. I tried to contact seller through Amazon but was never able to get into direct touch with the seller.
