This date syrup is my absolute favourite sweetener. I love to take it drizzled over pancakes, cereal, ice-cream, and in coffee. There are numerous health benefits with dates, yet I tend to have the packet bought ones sat in the cupboard, waiting to find a use. Having the squeezy type get them into my diet in a pleasurable way that doesn't feel like a chore. And it's 100% pure. No bizarre unnecessary extras. Tastes reminiscent of home-made caramel. Also excellent value, considering the price of dates.

Excellent quality. The flavour is just right. I use it in cooking or in my cereal. Gives a good balance. You don’t need much. Just a drizzle. It also adds colour if you want to darken a dish.
