290 Degree Wide Angle Peephole Door Viewer Scope Gold Metal

Bought this as a replacement. Unfortunately the hole in the door was just a fraction too small but easily remedied with a 5/8” drill bit. One thing to note is this had a metal tab on the lens half of the viewer that needed to be removed first before installation in order to work in our door. Just took pliers to it and it came off easily. Installed the new viewer and what a view it is! We can clearly see across the street to the neighbor’s home as well as right down in front of our door on the door mat. Very satisfied with this product.

The hole size required for this peephole was bigger than my old one, so I had to drill a hole through my door. If you don't have the right drill bits, this would prove problematic. But the peephole works great! I'm surprised by the field of view. I can see packages when they're placed right on my doorstep, and even to the side of the doorstep. It also looks nice, doesn't look cheap. I'm happy with it.

This is the best door viewer by far. I can see a small package sitting against the door, as well as a person's face, or the car parked across the street. This viewer is great for not having to open the door to see if there is a package, or to recognize a visitor, or to see if an intruder is hiding in a corner. The craftsmanship is akin to a scientific instrument. Installation takes about 15 minutes. The viewer looks good from inside or outside. The package arrives fast and packaged with great care.

Can't believe how much I can see with this viewer. Didn't have a 5/8" drill so my neighbor's husband did it for me and they were impressed with it too, so I bought them one as a thank you. I can see all the way down to the doormat at my door and a full view of my front entry. Now I can just look out the viewer to see if I have a UPS delivery on my porch without opening the door first.

Absolutely fantastic product. I bought these for my house and love that I can see right below the outside lense. I always worried that someone could hide out of sight from peephole. Now I don’t worry! Will be installing these at my office at work!

Much better than original peephole.Very clear and angle is wide enough for you to see the floor.Good investment.

Just installed today. I had it installed, so can't comment on that. It took the person installing it about 5 minutes, but he's a carpenter. Very good field of vision. It doesn't have a cover on the inside. Some of these have little metal covers that you can swing away. Not important-just commenting.
