Hi, does this greaseproof paper have a silicone coating?

I really cannot answer that, because it is not mentioned anywhere on the carton. It is not quite like the normal parchment paper I have used, but it does have a 'shiny' surface and is flammable ( (but of course all paper is!!) My wife finds it excellent - the best she has ever used!! and the dispenser works a treat. Highly recommend it!!

Hi, I’m sorry, I have absolutely no idea. I think probably no wax - but I reckon this is a question for the seller/manufacturer. Sorry not to be more helpful. It is very good baking parchment paper, with a decent “tear strip” & the reason I suspect no wax is because I also use it to dry flat bath bombs and shower steamers on & it works perfectly.

Does it come with a serated edge or blade to cut the paper to the required length?

Yes the box provides a serrated edge for cutting the paper. Because the box is of strong cardboard it stays quite rigid and cuts effectively with just one hand. It is very sharp too so you need to watch your fingers! It goes on cutting well the whole time the parchment lasts. It’s way superior to supermarket versions.

What is the actual colour of the paper please? Photos on site show white and reviewer's show brown. I want to display cakes on white paper.

It is off white. Definitely not brown. You could display cakes
