I started taking adult hip hop and heels dance classes in my 30s, and these knee pads have been absolutely perfect for both. They’re comfortable, stay in place, and provide great protection without feeling or looking bulky. They fit easily under baggy jeans and over sweats (see photos) without slipping or restricting movement. I do a lot of floor work, knee rolls, and transitions, and these have literally saved my knees from bruises. Several girls in my class weren’t wearing knee pads and ended up with visibly bruised knees, while mine stayed completely protected. If you’re an adult dancer (or getting back into dance later in life like me), these are a must-have. Comfortable, effective, and totally worth it! Highly recommend! Good product. The material is comfortable and easy to wear—not too tight or too loose. I used it during my Spur Ride with no issues at all, and it protected my knee the entire time.

These are excellent knee pads. They offer solid protection, look sleek, and arrived quickly. Using them for dance and they provide exactly the cushion I needed. Great quality for the price point.

The cushioning is comfortable for kneeling and works well for brief contact with the floor. I even tried using them for bag training with knee strikes, though that’s not really what these are designed for—they’re meant more for knee sliding on polished floors, as the label “volleyball knee pads” suggests. Over time, the cushioning does compress, especially with extended use on hard surfaces. Overall, these are an affordable option for lighter knee activities, but not ideal for heavy-impact or long-duration protection.

I liked these initially! Thinner, easy to put on. I wore for 2 months for inventory counts in super markets twice a week, and they are done. The padding is just not there anymore. I know- they were thin to begin with! Just thought I'd get more use out of them before they died.

They are stretchy and lightweight, so they don’t restrict movement at all, and they stay in place without sliding down. You can wear them over leggings or directly on the skin—both feel comfortable.
