Q-Rapha Korean Bibim Bap Cho Gochujang - GMO and Gluten free, Vegan (15.2oz)

This artisanally-produced gochujang is far superior to what I had gotten at the grocery store. It has a richer, more fermented flavor (caution - the burn sneaks up on you later). Unlike many brands of gochujang, Q-Rapha is gluten free and safe for celiacs (I asked them for manufacturing info and can attest that I haven’t gotten sick). It’s vegan, too! You won’t be disappointed. :)

One of my favorite grilling seasonings for need and chicken. It’s not teriyaki or barbecue, but it tastes a little bit like both. This is one of my favorite marinades or sauces for basting and dipping.
