Box Heats up in 5min
Checked the US probe by using water and gel methods. No vibrations seens indicating the transducer head is just not working. The US box heats up in 4 to 5 minutes of use. I don't have the bandwidth to exchange and they don't accept return as per policy. Waste of money

Best for personal use
I’m a physical therapist, I use to carry my big machine to my client visit therapy but this instrument is portable and also value for money. About the product after using it for 1 month - The frequency has been reduced the watt do not provide proper heat. - To get the pressure of 2.0watts/sq.cm I have to set it 3.0-3.5watts/sq.cm which mean this product is not providing high intensity if you require.

Compact n useful device,
Ultrasonic device gives confident that even if i get pain i can manage it. Easy to use n result oriented device. Worth buying. So far no fault. I also bought an Ift device through amazon of medgear brand n no sooner i lodged minor fault in the M/c they immedistely given replacement. Satisfied with after sales service.
