Bought this item on a whim, wanted something that would improve the aesthetics of my kitchen but also serve a practical function. The thermometer is an innovation, I can have my coffee at the optimum temperature to get the best flavour brew. The handle was comfortable and insulated against the heat (make sure the hob ring isn't the big one, use a small ring so the fire does come up the side.) Once you master how to pour that liquid through the slender spout, you will enjoy using this great luxury product that doesn't cost the earth. Very happy with it.

Great product ~ I already have the smaller gooseneck kettle which is nearly always on our Rayburn. The smaller kettle is brilliant and saves me a fortune rather than having to boil our electric kettle for just the two of us, and easily manages 3 cups However, we sometimes have more than one guest over so it's going to be handy to have the extra capacity of this kettle when needed It's not as pretty as the smaller kettle but it will be more practical at times Obviously, it take a little longer to boil than the smaller one but it comes to the boil quite quickly

It looks great and it is convenient to handle. The thermometer is very useful for pour over coffee. The silicone sleeve is a great addition too. Overall great, but ... 1) When the water starts boiling it condensates inside at the bottom of the lid (nothing new so far). However, the lid is just a flat piece of metal without a lip, so when you start pouring the condensed water slips and drips on the countertop or whatever is below the kettle. 2) The openings on the lid for the vapor is too close to the thermometer, so when the temp reaches 95 the whole thermometer also condenses and is difficult to read. None of the above is a biggie, bit still not perfect for 5 star. Still, would recommend it.

We needed a kettle that could accurately give us different temperature - first of all because I hate burnt coffee and secondly my wife drinks a lot of herbal teas and not all of those need boiling water. I searched for a while to find pour over kettle like this but couldn’t find anything as attractive on the market. I was sceptical about its accuracy when I first used it....but I was so wrong. The temperature gauge is outstandingly precise. The design is sleek and attractive. And the box is neatly packed with some nice extra goodies - a great little extra present when you get the kettle. Would 100% recommend. Excellent for both coffee pour over and tea.

LOVE this kettle. It was very well packaged, it heats water quickly, very easy to check temperature and has excellent pouring control. Also looks gorgeous.

Brought this kettle at the end of April, it’s used 3 or 4 times a week. Only once a day, in the morning. And it’s now sprung a leak around the bottle seal. Would have expected it to last much longer considering it’s use. Other than that, it’s great. Perfect for making coffee, great spout and handle

Amazing quality product with a very attractive sleek design that will definitely improve the aesthetics of your kitchen! The thermometer innovation helps to prepare coffee at the right temperature to have the best flavour brew. Now I can make my own perfect coffee at home! I would definitely recommend it.

First off, this seemed to be well made, I like the silicone wrap as this helps keep things warm and also allows for more control when pouring without risk of burning hands. Ergonomically, it took a bit of getting used to, but actually quite easy to control once you know the best angle. I was able to get a consistent flow of 4-5g/s quite easily. Probably less if I need to. However. The reports of the condensation collecting under lid are true. This often drips and lands on my scales and resets the weight. Really annoying. Also, the silicon sleeve has bizarrely got a white sheen over it after a months use. I wash it regularly and it does rub off, but unclear why this is. The biggest complaint by far though is the temp gauge. After a couple weeks use I noticed a semi circular line in the clear plastic. I thought perhaps a scratch but realised this is a crack. Within a month, another appeared, almost creating a full circular crack. These lines are getting bigger and more appearing and eventually the top will completely sheer off. This hasn’t been used excessively, nor has it been thrown around the house. This is typically daily use for a month and it is falling apart. If none of the above issues were present, it would be a good 4 star product. Unfortunately my experience suggests it is not well designed and therefore the issues above occur. I no longer have confident in this product but unfortunately I can’t return as beyond the 1 month window. I am biting the bullet to purchase an electric temp controlled gooseneck as fed up with wasting cash on stovetops every few months.

After 1 usage the glue of the bottom started to melt during heating. Very disappointed with the quality
