I ordered these to make individual servings of my shake mix, and also for daily vitamins. They work great, and are food grade. I travel a lot and prefer taking pre-measured portions with me. I also carry a small portable USB-charge blender. Having the correct portion of shake mix for one blender full is so easy, and much preferable to taking a whole big container. Same if you take a lot of supplements. It's impossible to haul around all those bottles, but bagging each day's worth is convenient and doesn't take up much space. I have some 2x3 bags, but prefer these larger ones, especially for the shake mix.
