I like the menthol with the Arnica, seems to improve healing time and also aided in joint pain relief.

I was told some years ago by a old friend and regular tennis player -- that arnica -- a fairly old remedy, I think -- was good for bruises as well as other minor aches and pains. I've only just begun to use it in the last couple of weeks on a good sized knot on my eyebrow/forehead that happened when it ran into the floor. And I think it IS bringing decided relief to that injury. It IS greasy but it's not smelly and is easy and comfortable to apply. I probably don't know enough about it yet to give it the 5 star rating but I definitely don't have any reason to deduct any stars. It's not expensive and I feel comfortable recommending it based on my limited experience. It couldn't hurt and it may help! And, IMO, increasing use of TOPICAL treatments, rather than swallowing more pain pills makes good sense. I couldn't be without acetaminophen, but I'm liking Arnica for the bump on my head.

This product is perfect. It works very well when you get bumped or bruised; the job it does is impressive.

This stuff definitely works! Almost instant relief!! But I had to give it four stars for how greasy my hands are after applying it, I had to wash my hands 3x to get the oily feeling to go away. It is a very small container but a little goes a long way, I added a photo of size comparison with the smallest thing near me- nic pouches which are a super small container themselves.

These are very small bottles of arnica gel, which smells an awful lot like camphor. So not really sure whats in it. next time will buy the get in tubes with more clearly stated amounts of arnica.
