My daughter has had this water bottle for years after finding it at a discount store. After amny years of use, it was worn out and needed to be replaced. She is very picky with having sensory issues and new things NEVER go over well. I searched thinking I'd never be able to find the exact water bottle.....WRONG!! Here it is and it's exactly like the old one. WHEW! Thank you for continuing to make this product. I may order a few more to put in storage for the next replacement, just in case. We have never had an issue with these leaking, seams bursting, or hand washing the material. Recommend!

Feels like a warm, cozy little animal cuddling up against me when I'm sleeping. I use this whenever I feel sick or have really painful period cramps. I put it on my lower back or stomach to relieve pain and make me feel more comfortable. It has lasted me several years already. I fill it with half hot water (not boiling) and half lukewarm water. The material is very thick so there have been no leaks or issues so far. The seal on this is also very tight. No weird plastic smell. Super effective, would recommend.

My teenage daughter has the worst cramps. She used to just microwave a water bottle. So when I saw this and she loves pink I had to order it for her. It’s nice and big, so fuzzy and soft and stays hot for a long long time.

This is so very comforting to snuggle down when you are on your cycle and just need some help for pain relief. It's soft and fuzzy so you can almost cuddle up with it like a stuffed animal if you're so inclined. I was very confused on how to fill the bottle, as the directions say not to heat the bottle and not to put boiled water in it... I ended up using an electric water kettle and using water that's almost at a rolling boil then pouring into the bottle. If for some reason it damages the bottle I'll replace it later but it's so worth it to have. It's also great to use when you are freezing but don't want to warm up your room. You just need a little bit of a boost of warmth.

I love it - soft, fuzzy, hot - please follow instructions and don't pour hot water from tap - I used my teapot and the fact that fuzzy cover cannot be removed did not bother me - I poured the hot water from the teapot 2/3 full, let the air out, covered with the plug (nothing leaked) held it upside down and put on my shoulder- all pain was relieved. It is soft if you fill up 2/3 Mine doesn't leak. Can't be happier. Also impressed how fast it arrived.

This bottle is impossible to get out of the covering. Got the separate instructions on how to remove the cover, but was unsuccessful and quit trying. However the bottle does what it is designed to do, but unhappy about not being able to quickly remove the cover for washing and sanitizing, especially in these COVID-19 times
