So there is no real break in process like those expensive pads. These are better made then power stop, more slots for air cooling, more contact point with rotor, and great material for much less money. Those brakes are great too, but after researching these are for me, and I'm glad I bought them. So you should bed the brakes, but there is no real detailed process on that, just research it. I was recommended this from a friend who tows heavy down the steepest grades in America. His brakes with that duty are still 75% after 20k miles, and literally no dusting from what he replaced it with. I had a squeak, it is gone just replacing pads. These pads give twice as long life as other wagner pads. Perfect for the rav 4, and depending on if you have third row seat you need OEX1211 or OEX1212. I do NOT have third row seating so my part number was OEX1212, if you have third row seating your back brake is the other part number ending in 11. Back brakes are much smaller, they need to replaced at the same time as front because of that. They come with all of the clips. My friend does suggest you get the e coated rotors to match these pads, but I just used the factory rotors for this pad replacement, next time I will get the flat e coated rotors. He really appreciates the quality of these brakes, and I am glad for his recommendation as well. These pads are made for a vehicle that would or could be in commute traffic much more so then pads that have no or only one line cut through them. When brakes get hot, they wear much easier, these brakes will run cooler then others, especially ones with no lines cut it. If you are in commute traffic a lot, consider drilled and slotted rotors along with these great OEX pads, top of the wagner line, and the only wagner pad I would buy.

These Wagner pads are of high quality and just as good as the original equipment pads. Fit my 2014 Toyota Camry perfect. Came with all the correct hardware and even a small pack of caliber grease. Good stopping power and no noise. Will be ordering another pair for my wife’s Toyota RAV4 Would definitely recommend.

I installed these pads on the rear of 2007 RAV4 to replace original pads. They fit well. One question I had was why were there 8 clips - all the clips appeared to be the same...so I completed with that thought in mind. The pads appear to be quality manufacturing, except one of my pads had the pad built too close to an edge, so I couldn't put the wear clip on that edge. I worked around the defect. Hope it doesn't affect the performance of the pad in the longer term. I have used Wagner pads in the past, so I am pretty confident the quality will be there, despite the off-center pad I got this time. These pads are for the rear of 3rd Gen RAV4's. Fit and worked well for me so far at a very nice price <30. Everything you need (and 4 extra clips) appear to be in the box, including caliper grease (Moly-Lube).

Last time I used these on my 2008 Camry rear brakes, they lasted 6yr/30kmiles, so I hope these last as long. No noise and great braking, too. Comes with pad hardware needed, but since hardware is stainless, could have reused the old ones in a pinch.

Smooth braking

Contrary to what Amazon said at the time I purchased it, this brake pad set did fit my 2011 Camry, rear. They went on OK, although the clips (or whatever you call them) that the pads slide on can be a pain getting them to stay in place. Long story short, they're quiet, smooth, and help you stop quickly. As an update, these pads were squeaking on me quite a lot, and I got very discouraged. I ended up taking the pads and clips off and filing down the piece that holds them. Evidently the salt and corrosion (I live in the far northeast) caused that part to swell, and it was causing the pads to stick. After filing, there has been no more noise.

I put these on my wife's RAV4. She's really hard on brakes. They've been on the car for at least 3 or 4 months now, and are working great. I replace the pads and rotors together every time I service her car, and it means that there's 3 years of trouble-free performance before I ever have to touch them again. I only mention that because some folks will try to reuse the rotors they have, or maybe get them resurfaced. If that works for you, more power to you. It's just never panned out with my wife's cars, because she does a mix of stop and go city driving mixed with 'slam on them hard when you get cut off' highway driving. There may be a better material than ceramic that's emerged in the last few years or so, but I know that for the given application, these work great. No brake fade (for a basic passenger car), no noise, they aren't overly hard on rotors, and they wear pretty evenly.
