Measure your band size by wrapping a tape measure around the midsection of your ribs, approximately where band of the bra would sit. Then to measure cup size you measure your bust again but at its fullest point. For example, my rib cage is 36” & my bust at its fullest is 41”. That means I’m a 36DD. For this bra, I ordered an XL because sometimes a 38D can substitute for a 36DD. Hope that helps!
